How to cook tasty Japanese White rice 


1. Measuring

1 cup (180 ml) = 2 bowls
2 cups = 4 - 5 bowls
3 cups = 6 - 8 bowls

2. Washing

One wash and rinse is suffice

3. Water Level

Follow water level indicator or add around 1.2 times more water than rice.
(For every 1 cup add 216 ml of water)

4. Soaking

Soak rice for 30 minutes before cooking to ensure softness in the cooked rice

5. Cooking

Use rice cooker for cooking. Once done, stir rice to let water evaporate before eating

6. Storage

Store the rice in the fridge to ensure freshness
